- Instagram data: we access your Instagram Business Account through the Meta Graph API to publish content on your behalf. We store your Instagram User ID and access token securely.

- Usage data: log files, IP address, browser type, and pages visited for analytics and security purposes.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and operate the SocialEmployee AI service.
- To generate AI-powered Instagram content on your behalf.
- To publish approved posts to your Instagram Business Account via the Meta Graph API.
- To improve our AI models and content quality (using anonymized data only).
- To send service-related communications such as account confirmations and updates.
4. Instagram and Meta Data
We use the Meta Graph API to connect to your Instagram Business Account. By connecting your account, you authorize us to:
- Read your Instagram Business Account profile information.
- Publish media (photos and captions) to your Instagram feed on your behalf after your explicit approval.
- Read post performance metrics (likes, impressions, reach) for analytics.
We do not sell or share your Instagram data with third parties. We only use the data necessary to provide the service. You may revoke access at any time via your Instagram / Meta account settings.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share data with:
- AI providers (e.g., Anthropic) to generate content — only the business description, product data, and brand preferences you have provided are sent.
- Cloud infrastructure providers for hosting and storage.
- Legal authorities if required by law.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and secure token storage. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
